My home in AZ has a rough stucco finish. Is it worth the cost of resurfacing? Any low cost solutions?
Many people state that rough stucco is out of style and looks dated. I do not terribly bothered by the look, but live in a high-end neighborhood and am considering resale value. Resurfacing costs between $10 and 15,000. Seems like money better spent on something else? Any simple alternatives or suggestions?
Answer: I live in AZ and almost every house I see has a rough stucco finish, just fix any cracks and re-paint and it will look fine. take a good look at your landscaping as the curb appeal will add value to your home.
