Degussa Wall Systems has evolved
from a company started more than 25 years ago in Rhode
Island called Senergy®. Founded in 1979 by the pioneers
who introduced this innovative technology to North America,
Senergy has always played a key role in the growth of
the exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) industry.
After several acquisitions and mergers, Senergy®
moved to Jacksonville, Fla., and added two product lines,
Finestone® and SonoWall™. In 2003, Senergy,
LLC. changed its name to Degussa Wall Systems, Inc.
to reflect the resources of Degussa. Degussa Wall Systems
expanded its product offerings in 2005 with the acquisition
of Acrocrete®.
